Learning about the world, discovering the other, knowledge of self, quest for spirituality: the initiatory trip is all of that at once... « Man knows here what he does not know there », wrote Ibn Arabi, whose entire work is an invitation to take a trip. This great mystical poet thought of each trip as an aspiration to God « coming from Him, in Him and to Him ». It is under the auspices of the virtues of initiatory travelling that this 16th edition of the Festival is taking place.
